Ohio State-Michigan Betting Spread has Risen By Double-Digits Since Initial Release

Even though Michigan lost its coach and many star players off last year’s national championship team, the oddsmakers initially believed its rivalry game with Ohio State would be competitive.

The Buckeyes opened as six-point favorites on January 22nd, but after some early-season evidence, the betting spread has ballooned by double digits.

Michigan is now a whopping 17-point underdog for the Nov. 30 affair, per BetOnline.ag. If the line holds or goes up even more, it will be the most lopsided spread in a game between these two teams since 2014, when Ohio State entered as the 21-point favorite.
